The organization's innovative approach combines immediate humanitarian response—including Operation Ukraine Airlift launched following Russia's 2022 invasion—with long-term strategic development initiatives that address both urgent needs and systemic challenges. USUF's track record includes establishing the Pylyp Orlyk Institute for Democracy, implementing the USAID Parliamentary Development Program, and coordinating the Open World Project for Ukraine, demonstrating sustained commitment to institutional capacity building and democratic governance.
